Carrying out removal services

If the work is to be sub-contracted, the client must be notified in advance. The sub-contractor must provide the same services within the same conditions and guarantees. The contracting company retains responsibility.

- high-quality, appropriate packaging material, in sufficient quantity.
Insurance

- take out an insurance policy to cover the objects carried and stored as well as civil reponsbility insurance covering any damage to a third party.
The company must inform the client of the conditions under which they will receive compensation in the event of damage to the goods transported.
After-sales service
If the clients' property is damaged, our member removal companies undertake to resolve the dispute quickly either amicably or through their professional insurance. |
