Boxes:
The average size of a box is 55 cm long by 37 cm wide by 37 cm high (10 boxes make approx. 1 m3).
Value declaration:
The client must request this form should it not be given. A list and value of items considered to be worth more than the basic insured amount which was agreed on in the contract should be given on this form. The maximum basic value per item is generally approximately 135 GBP.
Two-wheeled trolley:
A two-wheeled trolley is used by the transporter to transport boxes more quickly and efficiently.
Consignment note:
This is a compulsory document which will record the move from beginning to end. It is made out in 4 copies, one is a client copy.
